Ordering bespoke custom jewellery

When commissioning a piece of custom jewellery, you will be required to make a deposit of 20% of the final price, before work can commence. This is non-refundable. Clients must pay the balance due upon notification of completion of the piece of jewellery; the piece will then be dispatched.

Please allow three to four weeks for completion of the jewellery and five to ten working days for postage, depending on where you are.
